Terms of Sale

ZORVYN products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic application, or any in-vivo use.

ZORVYN products are not approved by the FDA, EMA, MPA, or any equivalent regulatory authority. They are not a medicine, dietary supplement, cosmetic product, or veterinary product.

The customer assumes all responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of any product purchased from ZORVYN.

By placing an order, the customer warrants that they are a qualified researcher, scientific institution, or laboratory acting within the scope of legitimate research activity.

The customer is solely responsible for compliance with all import, possession, and handling laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

ZORVYN does not ship to jurisdictions where these products are prohibited or restricted. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify legality before ordering.

Orders are reviewed manually through a three-step process:

(1) The customer submits an Order Request through the ZORVYN website.

(2) Within 24 hours, ZORVYN reviews the request and emails payment instructions to the customer.

(3) The order ships within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

ZORVYN accepts the following payment methods only: Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH); Wise transfer (multi-currency bank transfer); Revolut transfer (EU and UK fast bank transfer).

We do not process credit cards. We do not accept PayPal. All prices are quoted and settled in USD.

ZORVYN ships worldwide using express services with discreet packaging.

Estimated delivery is 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing.

The customer is responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees that may apply in the destination country.

A tracking number is provided once the shipment has been dispatched.

Due to the nature of research peptides, all sales are final once the package has been shipped.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, ZORVYN will resend the order or issue a refund at our discretion, following an internal investigation and review of carrier records.

No refunds are issued on opened or used products under any circumstances.

We collect only the information necessary to fulfil orders: name, email address, shipping address, and phone number.

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Order records are retained for accounting and regulatory purposes in accordance with applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZORVYN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product.

Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
